Martin Hart concentrates mainly on Conveyancing with responsibility for a considerable number of private and commercial clients. He can advise on all aspects of house purchase, sale, or remortgage.
His workload also involves the acquisition, disposal and set-up of sites for residential housing developments.
He also deals with the drafting, granting and approval of Commercial Leases.
Martin has acted in the acquisition and disposal of some of Northern Irelands most well known licenced premises.
He represents the National Education Union in relation to their property matters.
He has previously been a member of the Belfast Solicitors Association Committee.
Martin has previously appeared on BBC Northern Ireland's Fair Play programme which was hosted by Stephen Nolan and has on occassions been a contributor to the BBC News website.
