Civil Litigation
Civil litigation encompasses many areas but centres around the resolution of disputes or claims.
In this area we offer advice regarding the likely sucess of any claim the estimated value of such a claim and the process and procedures involved in taking the claim. We will be involed in the negogiation of the claim in an attemp to secure settlement or if necessary the issue or defence of the proceedings whether this be at a District Judges Court, the County Court or a High Court level.
Subject to certain conditions Legal Aid may be available to assist you with the costs of presenting your case.
