Accident and Injury Claims

The firm represents corporate and individual clients, and is experienced in bringing cases in the High Court and County Court jurisdictions.

We offer advise in relation to liabilty and quantum of the possible claim we aim to achieve early settlement of the claim where possible and will therefore enter into negotiations on your behalf.  If settlement can not be reached we will issue the necessary  proceedings to bring the matter before the court.

We are here to represent you and you alone!

You should NEVER under any circumstances settle a claim for personal injuries without the benefit of a medical report and independent legal advice.

Failure to consult your own solicitors will almost certainly result in you receiving less than your full entitlement for any personal injuries you may sustain.

You should NEVER allow an Insurance Company to pressurise you into accepting less than your case is worth.

Should you be unlucky enough to be involved in an accident you should follow the steps below:

1. Call the emergency services if necessary – 999
2. Move away from damaged cars to somewhere safe.
3. Call the police if anyone is injured.
4. Obtain the registration numbers of any vehicles involved.
5. Exchange information with the other person(s) involved.
(Name, address, telephone numbers, insurance information-name of company and policy number)
6. Get names, addresses, and telephone numbers of any witnesses.
7. Take pictures of the accident using a camera phone or digital camera.
8. CALL YOUR OWN SOLICITOR IMMEDIATELY.

Your first call after a car accident should always be to your own solicitor.
